The Slate Belt Regional Police Department is investigating a hit and run collision that occurred on Friday, January 7, 2022 at approximately 4:00AM in the 200 block of North Lehigh Avenue in Wind Gap Borough. Police are attempting to identify the owner/operator of the pictured Jeep Wrangler relating to the collision. The vehicle is believed to have sustained significant front end damage as a result of the collision. The pictured vehicle was traveling southbound on State Route 512 at the time of the collision.
