¯ Kyle T. Cambria, 23, of Portland, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a BAC of 0.08% or more and speed in zone. Officers stopped a vehicle at 1:36 a.m. Wednesday on Oak and Main streets for a traffic violation. An investigation found that Cambria was allegedly operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition. Cambria was transported for a breath test and released. He is scheduled to appear in Westfield Village Court later.

¯ CHERRY CREEK — An 18-year-old was charged with unlawful dissemination or publication of an intimate image. On Nov. 9, the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division conducted an investigation into a suspicious situation. Upon the investigation, it was found that an 18-year-old sent a video of themselves engaging in a sexual act with another individual via a social media platform to other individuals. The 18-year-old is scheduled to appear in Town of Ellington Court later.
